To help you find a therapist that is right for you, we have included short descriptions of the services and specialties for all our mental health professionals. Take a moment to become familiar with what our team can offer. Once you have found a therapist that you want to schedule an appointment with, click on the link below their bios to set up your first session. Some of our providers might not be accepting new clients at the time of your inquiry. I am accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth (online) therapy.
I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), a U.S. Army retiree, and the father of three exceptional children. My experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I currently provide virtual (online) and in-person appointments to support clients dealing with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, grief, work- and school-related stress, issues resulting from recent or past traumatic experiences, and other challenges. I also offer premarital counseling. I work with adolescents, adults, and elders.
I am trained in several approaches to support clients affected by traumatic experiences, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I have also completed training to work with couples and people impacted by grief and loss.
I hope to hear from you soon! I know that finding the courage to ask for help can be difficult for most of us. I congratulate you on your willingness to start this healing journey. I look forward to supporting you as you work towards having the life you deserve.

I am accepting new clients at this time for telehealth services.
Thank you for visiting our website! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), U.S. Army Veteran, military spouse, and an Army mom located in El Paso, Texas, offering telehealth (online) services. Online counseling is fairly new, and I’ve found it effective in helping clients get the support they need from the comfort of their homes.
My counseling style is informal to create an environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork. Working together is essential to help us identify areas you want to improve. I am client-centered and use a solution-focused approach to help you address challenges that impact your quality of life. People describe me as supportive, caring, and compassionate. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I’m here to help you sort through the difficult things and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by reaching out for help.
You are not alone. Things can and will get better. I’m really looking forward to working with you!

I am a bilingual licensed professional counselor (LPC). I enjoy helping others and assisting individuals in having insightful “ah-ha” moments via therapy, active communication, and listening through challenges, and building rapport with one another. Our therapeutic relationship will be built on respect and the understanding that either role is just as important as the other, client, and therapist roles. Our relationship will be direct with the utmost intentions of growth and bettering yourself; this is a 2-way street for growth and development.
I like to use different approaches to support clients, including reality therapy/choice, internal family systems, and humanistic-phenomenological. We’ll explore the past when necessary as current traits/behaviors stem from earlier experiences and beliefs developed early on in life or by traumatic (emotionally charged situations/circumstances) experiences.
At times some challenges, some self-work assignments/activities to facilitate self-reflection, open mindedness and humility. A client should expect to learn more about the physiology of the mind/thoughts, emotions and that all behavior being purposeful. A wisdom can be learned from our past, our traumas, and ways of being/acting, speaking and thinking as a whole.
